1. I am using the free KEY, and this KEY has been installed on two cloud servers. The OpenVPN Connect 3.4.4 client is installed on a Windows Server system, and it is only installed on one Windows Server device to connect to the VPN.
2. The OpenVPN AS backend uses a static IP address; otherwise, whenever the OpenVPN Connect disconnects and reconnects, your private IP address would change.
3. However, the issue is that the OpenVPN AS backend frequently displays the error "disconnected because user-specific properties prevent concurrent VPN connections by this user." How can this problem be resolved? The log file is attached below.
