Hello i would like to ask if is possible to find any repo that has openvpn access server for Centos 6.6

No luck, Noname. We quit supporting CentOS 6 (and RHEL 6) quite some time ago. If someone else is maintaining a "legacy" repo I do not know of it. Neither would I recommend using it after all this time of not receiving security fixes.
