    Hi zeercie,

Thats a VPN agent or adapter related error message. It could be a multitude of different reasons.
But on Windows this most commonly occurs if you have multiple Windows users signed-in on the same machine that want to have an active connection.
OpenVPN on windows doesn't support multiple simultaneous connections through the same adapter.
    1. I would recommend checking if there are any other active (signed-in) Windows users on the PC and disable their VPN session.
    2. Turn on DCO under the connect app advanced settings (make sure to set the "Preferred" security level beforehand) and try to connect afterwards. (since DCO is using a completely different adapter)
    I hope this helps.

    Regards,

This is a bit late, but I received the same error message in the past week. My resolution was to go into Services and find the "agent_ovpnconnect". Usually, it is set to Automatic, but after an update, it stopped the service. Restarting the service and ensuring that it is set to Startup type: Automatic worked for me. Make sure that under the Recovery tab, the failure actions are also set to Restart the Service. Hope this helps!
