Hello everyone,
I installed OpenVPN on a Windows 2019 server and I access it with Windows 10 or 11 clients.
Everything works, but...
My server LAN is 192.168.1.x and my OpenVPN client IP is 10.50.8.x, the OpenVPN server is 10.50.8.1
So if I want to connect to a share of my server (for example "Data"), from my external OpenVPN client I have to put \\10.50.8.1\Data, while in my LAN it is \\192.168.1.5\Data
How can I make my client believe that I have a 192.168.1.x address even through OpenVPN?
This is probably a basic question, but I can't find it and actually I need this feature because I don't only want to access Windows shares but also use server applications as if I were in the office.
Thanks in advance for your answers or suggestions
