Win 7 Tap-Driver

Helo,

I have a question about the Windows 7 installation. In the latest OVPN version there is a tap driver update because of CVE-2024-1305, but this update is not available in the Windows 7 version. Is the Windows 7 tap driver not affected by the CVE or is Windows 7 simply too old and depricated?

I've already checked the github. The Windows 7 zip also still has the old 9.24 tap drivers.
