HTTP Protocol error: “an unhandled error has occurred (reload)”

Hi, I have two android devices: a Samsung A13 and another Motorola. VPN connects without problem, but when trying to access a site with HTTP Protocol, I get an error:
“an unhandled error has occurred (reload)”
I have tried in several browsers and the message always appears
