403 Error - Can't Submit Pasted Text in Forum "Create New Topic" Portal

Please see attached screenshot.

I've composed (what I think is) a well wriiten post, but I can't submit it! Every time I push the "POST" button, I get an error message.

What am I doing wrong?

We are currently attempting to cache this site through CloudFlare which may be causing this. We'll try to make some adjustments.

This was a cookie issue that I think is resolved now.

I just had the exact same issue.
I just created my account on the new forum.
This happens in 2 different browsers (firefox and chrome on PopOS! linux)
