OpenVPN Access Server guide for Debian 12 ARM64

I noticed that it's only Ubuntu that has support for ARM64 architecture of openvpnas: https://openvpn.net/faq/is-access-server-available-for-arm-platforms/

Hoping to have an equivalent for Debian 12.
