Connection successful, tracert is working, but can't use browsers

Hello. Please help solve the problem
I have the same profile .opvn, it's working on Android.
And this profile worked on Win 7.
Now I bought a new PC, install Win 10, and OpenVPN don't work.

OpenVPN Connect - even didn't connect to server
OpenVPN GUI - connected to server.
I try to tracert some IP - it's spend a long time, but connection is working.
Telegram - also working.
But browsers - no.

I delete my Anti-virus, off Brandmauer Windows, but no any changes.
