    tap-windows installers

I'm curious if there is any reasoning behind why tap-windows installers stopped being posted to https://build.openvpn.net/downloads/releases/
9.24.7 was the last one and then 9.24.8 switched to msm and then no further ones have been posted. I know you can get binaries from https://github.com/OpenVPN/tap-windows6
However, these don't include tapinstall.exe or something useful for automating the management of multiple tap adapters. ***<---EDIT: I was wrong, the devcon.exe in the released dist.win10.zip can install adapters among many other useful things.***
The included tapctl.exe with the OpenVPN install is useful, but not as functional. You can still easily create multiple TAP adapters, but it's not convenient deleting all TAP adapters without additional processing since you need to pass their guid or name. I know it can be doable with -list, but it's a pain when you just want to wipe all.
Older installs of OpenVPN bundled the TAP-Windows separately and it was useful to call "devcon/tapinstall.exe remove tap*" (wildcard to delete all). Or you could install the one provided in the releases location to do so. This isn't an option for latest tap-windows drivers, like 9.27.0 which is what is included with 2.6.10 installer.

    ***Update***
As workarounds, can use the openvpn install bundled tapctl.exe "create" and then install an older 9.24.7 tap-windows msi just to use the tapinstall.exe to call "remove tap*"

    OR

Use the included devcon.exe in the https://github.com/OpenVPN/tap-windows6 released 'dist.win10.zip' to call "remove tap*", which is the more likely workaround I'm going to use.
